Grogan Development Group is run by Zackariah Grogan, from Kennewick. Zack Grogan has built software for 12 years, mostly for small teams without a tech department. Before starting the company he built the scheduling and billing tools a regional service company ran on.
The company exists for the work small businesses keep needing and rarely get: someone local who stands at the counter, sees how the day really moves, fixes the part that's slow, and doesn't try to sell a bigger project than the one you need.
It's a small practice, and the person you meet on the audit is the person who does the work. Everything we set up is written down, so anyone could pick it up after us.
How we work
Fixed price, up front
You see the number in writing. If a job grows, you hear about it before the extra work happens, not on the bill.
You own everything
Domain, code, logins, accounts and hardware are in your name. You can leave any time and take it all with you.
Plain words
We explain what's changing and why, without jargon. You should never feel lost in your own business.
In person
The audit happens on your floor, and the work is handed over at your counter. No ticket queue between you and the person doing it.
The business, on paper
Check any of it. The UBI number is searchable on the Washington Secretary of State site.
Two promises, in writing
