One workday. Every slowdown, found and priced.
We spend a working day on your floor, watching how a job actually moves from the first call to the paid invoice. You get a written plan the same week: the slowdowns, ranked, with a fix and a price for each.
$1,500 for the day. It comes off your first quoted project if you hire us. If the written plan isn't one you'd act on, we refund the day.
Call or text, Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How the day goes
Run a normal day. We're not there to be shown around; we're there to see how work really moves.
- Step 1, 8:00
Doors open
We're there when you are. No slideshow and no laptop between us; we stand where the work happens.
- Step 2, 8:30
Shadow a job
We follow real work from the phone ringing to the paperwork: who touches it, what gets retyped, where it sits waiting.
- Step 3, 11:00
Map how work moves
Every handoff goes on one page. The call, the quote, the schedule, the job, the invoice, the follow-up.
- Step 4, 1:00
Find the slowdowns
We time the waits and the double entry. It's usually the same few things: hunting for a number, typing it twice, a phone nobody can get to.
- Step 5, 3:00
Write it up
The slowdowns, ranked by what they cost you each week, with the fix for each and a price in writing.
- Step 6, 4:30
Walk through the plan
We sit down with you and go through it line by line. You decide what happens next, or nothing at all.

What you leave with
A plan you could hand to anyone, including someone who isn't us. A sales pitch for a bigger project. If the plan says change nothing, that's the plan.
- A one-page map of how work moves through your business today.
- The slowdowns, ranked by the hours they cost you each week.
- A fix for each one, with a fixed price in writing.
- What to do first, what can wait, and what to leave alone.
Built for businesses that run on their feet
If your day is a phone, a counter, a truck or a front desk, the slowdowns are in the handoffs. That's what we watch.
Shops and counters
Parts, ag supply, hardware, retail with a phone that never stops.
Clinics and offices
Dental, physical therapy, vets, accountants, anyone with intake forms and a front desk.
Trades and crews
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping: quotes in the truck, invoices at night.
Ag, packing and warehouses
Orders, tickets, scales and scanners that don't talk to each other.
What happens after
You pick what gets done from the plan, or nothing at all. Each fix is quoted in writing. Most quoted work is done in two to six weeks once you say go.
Fix the slowdowns
Each fix from the plan is quoted in writing before we start. Software, hardware, AI or setup, whatever the slowdown needs.
Prove it holds
The new setup runs under a real workload for a few weeks. We check in, tighten what needs tightening, and hand you the documentation.
Push volume
Once the business can take more work without the wheels coming off, we help you turn marketing up: what to spend on, what to say, and how to tell if it's working.
Two promises, in writing
- If the written plan isn't one you'd act on, we refund the day.
- If a piece of work doesn't do what the plan says, we make it right at no charge for 30 days.
Questions about the day
What does it cost?
The first call is free. The Workday Audit at your place is $1,500. It comes off your first quoted project if you hire us. Every piece of quoted work gets a fixed price in writing before we start. Starting prices: software from $1,200, hardware from $800 plus hardware at cost, ai from $1,500, consulting from $500 a month, setup from $600.
Do we have to start with the audit?
No. If you already know what's broken, say so on the call and we quote that job. The audit is for when the day feels slow and it isn't obvious why. It comes off your first quoted project if you hire us.
What about customer or patient privacy?
Customer and patient answers shouldn't sit in plain email. For health forms we only set up tools that offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and your clinic signs it with the tool's company. If you'd like one, we sign a confidentiality agreement with your business before the audit. We go over your privacy rules on the first call, and the plan names every tool and its monthly cost before you say yes.
Do we need to prepare anything for the audit?
No. Run a normal day. The point is to see how work really moves, not how it's supposed to.
Book the day, or ask about it first.
A free 15-minute call tells you whether the audit fits. We reply within one business day.
